Refund policy

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

By placing an order on our website, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests only within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery of the order.

Returns or exchanges shall only be considered in cases where:

* the customer has received a defective product,
* a damaged product,
* or an incorrect item.

Requests based on personal preference, dislike of the product, change of mind, sizing preference, expectation mismatch, or any similar reason shall not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for any return, exchange, missing item claim, damaged item claim, or defective product claim, the customer must provide:

* a clear and uninterrupted 360-degree unboxing video of the package,
* starting before the package is opened,
* clearly showing the outer packaging,
* the shipping label/AWB label,
* and the complete unpacking process of the product.

The video must be genuine, unedited, and continuous.

Without such video proof, the brand reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, refund, damage, defect, or missing item claim.

No claim shall be entertained without compliance with this requirement.

3. Condition of Returned Products

Products approved for return or exchange must:

* be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged,
* have all original tags and packaging intact,
* and be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

The brand reserves the right to reject products that do not satisfy these conditions.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds, wherever applicable, shall only be issued in the form of:

* store credit,
* gift card,
* or wallet credit redeemable on our website.

Refunds shall not be processed back to the original payment method, including bank account, UPI, debit card, credit card, wallet, or any other payment source.

5. Made-to-Order & Customized Products

All made-to-order, customized, personalized, altered, or specially manufactured products are strictly:

* non-returnable,
* non-exchangeable,
* and non-refundable.

Once such an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Sale & Discounted Products

Products purchased:

* during sale events,
* under promotional offers,
* using discount codes,
* or at discounted/strike-off prices,
* site wide sale mentioned on the header

shall be considered final sale products.

Such products are strictly:

* non-returnable,
* non-exchangeable,
* and non-refundable in any form, including store credit or gift card, except where required under applicable law.

By purchasing discounted or sale products, customers expressly acknowledge and agree to these terms at the time of checkout.

7. Right to Reject Claims

The brand reserves the absolute right to refuse any return, exchange, cancellation, refund, or claim request if:

* the required unboxing video is not provided,
* the claim appears fraudulent or suspicious,
* the product appears used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery,
* tags or original packaging are missing,
* or the customer fails to comply with this policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this policy shall limit rights available under applicable consumer protection laws in India. However, by completing a purchase on the website, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

9. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping Policy

In cases where a return or exchange request is approved, a reverse pickup fee of INR 300 shall be borne by the customer and may be deducted from the applicable store credit/gift card amount, wherever applicable.

Reverse pickup services are subject to courier availability and serviceability in the customer’s area/pincode.

If reverse pickup is unavailable for a particular pincode/location, the customer shall be required to self-ship the product to the address communicated by the brand.

In such cases:

* the shipping cost shall be solely borne by the customer,
* the brand shall not reimburse self-shipping charges,
* and the customer must share valid shipping/tracking details after dispatch.

The brand shall not be responsible for products lost or damaged during self-shipping arranged by the customer.


Cancellation by brand 
Please note that incase the brand for any reason cancels the order after you place it, the brand will only refund in form of store credits. The brand shall not be able to refund to original source account. By placing your order you confirm that you agree to this policy of the brand.In such cases brand shall not give an expiry date on the store credits and can be used till anytime on any product without any restrictions. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, amount will be credited on your store credits within 10 business days. 

Non-Returnable Items (Sale & Discounted Products)

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for items purchased under the following conditions:

  • Sale Items: Any product purchased during a promotional event, flash sale (such as Black Friday), or through a price strike-through is considered a final sale.

  • Discounted Products: Any item not purchased at the full Maximum Retail Price (MRP) is ineligible for return or refund.

  • Promotional Offers: Products bought using limited-time discount codes or as part of a clearance event cannot be returned.
