REFUND POLICY


You need to raise a request or notify us with in 48 hours of delivering the product. Ex: If you received the product on the 1st, you need to raise a request by the 3rd. If it has been more than 48 hours Your request will be rejected.

Requirements

1. Product must be in unused condition with no sign of wear and tear.

2. All Tags and Packaging must be intact.

3. CLEARANCE SALE products are non returnable.

Exchange Policy

You can raise a request to exchange a product with a different size or a different product.

Return Policy

You can raise a request to return a product in exchange for a complete refund of the product in the form of gift card.

NOTE-products bought on sale are subject to no returns and exchanges. 


REVERSE PICK UPS

We offer reverse pickup service for free for our customers as we value your business with us.

However there might be a few pin-codes where we are unable to offer pickup service.

In such case, we request you to ship the product back to us and in exchange we will provide you a coupon code worth the shipping amount.

note-return pick up will be done from the same address as delivery address.
